The Research Institute for Technological Evolution (RITE) is a non-profit Research and Development organization based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Founded by a group of distinguished scientists, academics, innovators, and social entrepreneurs with extensive experience in top-tier universities and research institutions globally and locally, RITE is dedicated to advancing scientific and applied research.
RITE aims to create social value by driving innovation, technology transfer, knowledge consolidation, and policy reform. Our six units provide comprehensive solutions that leverage cutting-edge technological innovations. These units serve educators, innovators, researchers, policymakers, civic organizations, and start-ups, fostering the exchange of knowledge, scientific perspectives, and pioneering ideas through interdisciplinary approaches.
RITE has established a co-working space and a Business Incubator, supported by accelerator programs, living labs, and forums to further this mission. This initiative aims to nurture a robust entrepreneurial ecosystem on the island, empowering a new generation of social entrepreneurs and ensuring inclusivity for all.
