Mourettou has been working for more than eight consecutive years as “Head of Research and Development” in the non-for-profit -Research and Development- Sector in Cyprus. Mourettou maintains a vast experience in EU-funded projects and particularly in designing, drafting and coordinating projects for ERASMUS+ (KA2: Development of Innovation: KA3; Policy Reform), Asylum Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), REC, ENI CBC MED, Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs, EEA Norway Grants and Horizon 2020. Over the years, Mourettou has led to successful projects with combined budgets over 20 Million Euros. She has obtained a Bachelor and a Master Degree (MSc) in Applied Mathematics and Physics, with a specialization in Statistics, ICTs and programming by the National Technical University of Athens, whilst simultaneously gaining a 3-year Diploma in Acting by “Karolos Koun Greek Art Theatre”. Slightly after, Mourettou obtained a Master of Research (MRes) by the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in London, where she subsequently joined the institution’s pull of Researchers as Research Associate.

After completing her degree, Loizou moved to the U.S.A. to pursuit a PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Weill Cornell Medicine and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in NY. Loizou has experience in finance and Equity Research as she worked in the Wall Street firm Goldman Sachs covering healthcare and biotechnology companies.

His background includes experiences on gathering and analyzing requirements, integrating solution architecture & designing using test driven development and Object Orientated techniques. Hadjiminas is passionate about agile software development practices and quality improvement through the effective use of knowledge, information, and communication. He has extensive knowledge of software design patterns and principles of clean code, with focus on the Continuous Integration and Microservices. Also, he is very experienced on the application of Machine Learning in Finance with strong knowledge of back-end development with Java, Python, Scala and Relational Database Systems. He has an extensive experience of front-end development with JavaScript, HTML and CS. Hadjiminas has obtained a MSC (with Distinction) in Computing with specialism in Software Engineering from Imperial College, London. He has worked as an Assistant Vice President /Programmer MKTS at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as a Senior Software Developer in HotForex Markets EU, as well as a Scrum Master (Mobile Banking) at the Bank of Cyprus. Currently, he has been working as a Systems Analyst at the Central Bank of Cyprus, while he has been offering services to RITE on a voluntary basis, on a part-time basis.

After completing her diploma in Greece, she continued her studies in London at the Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL where she completed the March Urban Design program, with distinction. Her inherent passion for architecture and her drive to enrich her skills and knowledge, led her to work in several leading architectural practices in London, Greece and Cyprus. In 2017 she established her own practice and focused in creating a diverse portfolio of renovations, restorations and new building structures. With the creation of her firm Struktoo, she has materialized her vision of high-quality architecture and she established a strong philosophy of serving people and meet her client’s expectations in the best possible way. Lympoura has been collaborating with RITE on a part-time basis, and particularly in research projects and initiatives under the “Urban Planning and Sustainable Development Design” which are relevant with sustainable living, sustainable design and sustainable engineering.
